Our company conducts boiler efficiency tests according to DIN 1942 standards, utilizing our advanced set of equipment. We conduct both direct and indirect tests to gather comprehensive data.

During direct testing, we measure the actual fuel fed and water evaporated. Meanwhile, in the indirect method, we determine O2%, CO2% stack gas temperatures, ash loss, and wet gas loss. Based on these results, we present efficiency improvement areas with techno-economic analysis. These areas include tuning boilers, sizing coals, de-rating grates, rationalizing coal distribution on grates, properly preheating oil, short-circuiting combustion gases, optimal control of oil firing vis-a-vis required pressure, heat recovery, sizing boiler auxiliaries, and more.

We’ve conducted around one hundred boiler efficiency tests ranging from 1 to 60 Mt/Hour, both for process and power generation. Our results have led to significant savings of up to 14% on oil/gas-fired boilers and up to 21% on coal/lignite/agro residues fired boilers. In addition, we’ve been responsible for acceptance tests.

Our commitment to excellence and sustainability has made us a leader in the field of boiler efficiency testing.
