We conduct techno-economic analysis to determine the feasibility of co-generation of process steam and power for industries. This involves studying the industry’s process steam and power requirements and providing project coordination services for co-generation. Additionally, we evaluate the performance of existing co-generation plants.
In light of the escalating electrical energy prices and limited availability, co-generation of power for industries requiring process steam is becoming an increasingly optimal energy strategy. We provide our services for additional co-generation projects in sugar mills in Maharashtra and have successfully built co-generation projects from concept to commissioning.
As part of our comprehensive energy conservation services, we also offer process plant design services, including detailed process design engineering for products such as Dry Ice, Sodium Sulphate, Dilute Sulphuric Acid from 98% acid, Multiple effect evaporation systems for caustic solution (up to seven effects) & H-acid, and Continuous Calculations.
We provide engineering, procurement, and commissioning assistance for utilities, including steam generators, turbines, hot oil units, direct-fired equipment, compressors, and piping for new or expansion projects in textile, basic chemicals, tires, paper, chemicals, and other industries.
Finally, we specialize in the conversion of furnace oil-fired boilers to briquette-fired systems.
